Dynamic and results-driven, I bring 15+ years of elite fitness and performance coaching, anchored by a strong foundation in sports science as a Master Trainer.I came to Canada (from NZ) as a teen to chase big dreams in the mountains. Living in Whistler until about five years ago, after many years competing internationally in freestyle skiing, I've called Qualicum Beach home since the pandemic. I still have a kiwi accent.
